🕒 7-Day Return Window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Tags, hygiene seals, and labels must be intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (like panties, bodysuits, and lingerie sets) are only returnable if the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect when delivered.


📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Include your order number and a short note about the reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.


💰 Refund Options

Once your return is approved and the item is received back:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (or as store credit, if preferred).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds may be issued as store credit or bank transfer.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrect:

  • Panties & briefs

  • Lingerie sets with undergarments

  • Sale or clearance items


📬 Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund right away.
