You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Tags, hygiene seals, and labels must be intact.

For hygiene reasons, certain items (like panties, bodysuits, and lingerie sets) are only returnable if the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect when delivered.

💰 Refund Options
Once your return is approved and the item is received back:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (or as store credit, if preferred).

Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds may be issued as store credit or bank transfer.

📬 Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund right away.
