🕒 7-Day Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • It is in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and hygiene seals intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is available.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Panties and briefs

  • Lingerie sets that include underwear

  • Bodysuits and shapewear

  • Sale or discounted items

However, if any of these products arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, you’re fully eligible for a replacement or refund.


📦 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our support team at support@luvra.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

  2. Mention your order number and the reason for return or exchange.

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.


💰 Refunds & Replacements

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your item.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit (for COD orders).

  • Exchanges are shipped once the returned item is received and inspected.
